When it comes to carriers, our preferred option is Royal Mail. The majority of items will be sent with their 48 tracked service (delivery 3-5 working days), unless otherwise specified. For your peace of mind all our items will be sent with tracking so you can easily keep an eye on your order. Higher value orders will require a signature of delivery.

Non UK Deliveries

Please Note: Any customs or import duties are charged once your parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by you and we have no control over them. We put no indication of the contents on the outside of the parcel, however, if customs choose that your order is not permissible, the item(s) can be seized. Unfortunately in this case the cost of your order cannot be refunded.

Here at Kegel8 we understand that your privacy is extremely important.

This is why we use durable and discreet packaging. If your purchase is flat and light it will be bagged but most products are packed in boxes to give them the protection they deserve. We take extra special care when packing to preserve your privacy and conceal the contents of your purchase. The only thing that will appear on the label will be your address.
